Faster has introduced the new MultiFaster. Building on the legacy of the original MultiFaster, the new launch features a maximum working pressure of 350 bar (5,000 PSI) which the company says offers improved reliability for construction, earthmoving, mining, railway, material handling, utility and industrial machinery.
Its distinctive black coating and dedicated labelling allow for easy identification, while every current MultiFaster model can be easily upgraded to the New MultiFaster specifications to meet market requirements.
According to Faster, the new MultiFaster offers improved operating pressure that is fully compliant with standard construction equipment applications. It provides smooth, effortless operation through soft lever action for comfortable connection and disconnection. Enhanced reliability comes from a lever-based latching system that reduces the risk of premature failure from brinelling. A double lever option is available on left and right sides for maximum flexibility.
The system enables simultaneous multi-line connection, saving time by connecting multiple hydraulic lines with a single lever. The multi-coupling system reduces the risk of leaks and contamination by minimising errors. Flat-face couplings prevent oil spillage during operations.
The ergonomic design makes it easy to use for operators in any environment. One connection supports multiple applications including hydraulic oil, grease, water, glycol, and even electrical connections. An expanding catalogue offers additional series and layouts available on request.
The product is currently available in P506HD, P508HD, and P510HD layouts, with more to follow. It operates at pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 PSI) and features an internal pressure relief system in male couplings for low-effort connections. Optional electrical connections can be customized for specific applications. Enhanced durability comes from CRIII corrosion-resistant surface treatment. The system maintains reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -25°C to +100°C (-13°F to 212°F).
