New Adiatek floor cleaning vehicle combines practicality with style

0

Adiatek have demonstrated a new ride-on scrubber for floor cleaning and polishing. The Quartz 66/80, which is entirely made and designed in Italy, combines technological research and design evolution.

AMV Design helped to conciliate technical requirements with specific ergonomic needs and style demands. The large roto-molded polyethylene tanks, which make up the bulk of the machine body, had to be housed in a compact chamber that also allowed for easy control of soap flow-rate and easy internal cleaning. AMV managed this, and more: the solution is not only functional, but aesthetically pleasing as well.

Being an on-board cleaning machine for long operational use, ergonomics is also fundamental: visibility, easy access, maneuverability, comfort and safety are key words that find their expression in a design totally committed to the operator’s needs. The correct distribution of machine full-load weights and easy maintenance access are further essential requirements to obtain a successful vehicle, and AMV considered them from the very first sketches.

The intelligent mix of all these elements resulted in a winning product that deserved both the customer satisfaction and the competitors’ praises.
