Toyota honors Camso with SEQCD Award

Camso, the Road Free company, formerly Camoplast Solideal, was honored to receive the 2014 Toyota Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SEQCD) Award in recognition for excellence as a supplier.

As a valued partner of Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Camso was recognized for its outstanding performance and its high standards of excellence for its material handling wheels and tires.

“This Toyota SEQCD Award is a testimony to our commitment to our clients,” said Gilles Villela, OE sales executive director – material handling at Camso. “Over the years, we have showed our industrious nature and developed a reliable and trustworthy partnership with Toyota. Our team works relentlessly to achieve such a level of performance, and to always go one step further in the products and services we deliver. We are very proud to receive this prestigious award.”

Camso has, for the past 10 years, been a primary supplier of high-performance material handling tires and wheels for Toyota forklifts, ranked first among worldwide forklift suppliers for 13 years running. It supplies near 90% of all tires for Toyota forklifts manufactured in North America.
