Takeuchi has added a sixth model, the TL11R3, to its compact track loader range. The TL11R3 is equipped with electric-over-hydraulic (EH) controls offering a selectable pattern and adjustable sensitivity settings.
“The TL11R3 brings together the features and capabilities customers are looking for in a modern compact track loader,” says Clay Eubanks, director of global sales for Takeuchi. “The machine’s electric-over-hydraulic (EH) controls with selectable pattern and adjustable sensitivity provide operators with greater precision and customisation, helping them work more efficiently and comfortably throughout the day.”
The controls allow operators to switch between ISO and H patterns through the machine’s monitor. An optional self-levelling up-and-down feature keeps the bucket or attachment level while the loader arm is raised or lowered, and a 14-pin detent provides continuous power to electrically operated attachments. Arm, bucket and travel sensitivity can be adjusted for precision work, while an arm height limit feature restricts the loader arm from exceeding a predetermined height in low-clearance environments.
The TL11R3 has an operating weight of 5,435kg (11,980lbs) for cab models, a rated operating capacity of 1,240kg (2,735lbs) and a bucket breakout force of 35.4kN (7,958lbs). Its radial-lift arm design is intended to deliver breakout force with fewer moving parts, aimed at grading and dirt work applications. A one-piece, fully welded steel frame is designed to protect the engine and hydraulics, while 315mm (12.4in) of ground clearance is intended to provide flotation, traction and stability on uneven terrain. The undercarriage includes sealed rollers with metal face seals, double-reduction planetary drives and 450mm (17.7in) tracks.

The TL11R3 is available in standard- and high-flow configurations, with flow rates and attachment presets adjustable from inside the cab. The high-flow configuration delivers up to 153L/min (40.4gpm) of auxiliary flow for attachments including mulchers, cold planers and stump grinders. The machine comes with a standard mechanical universal quick hitch, with a hydraulic universal quick hitch available as an option, alongside a 14-pin connector and a 270-degree rearview camera.
Inside the cab, the TL11R3 has a six-way adjustable high-back suspension seat and an 8in touchscreen display showing machine vitals and the rearview camera feed, as well as access to Bluetooth radio and HVAC controls. The loader can operate with its overhead roll-up door open or closed regardless of loader arm position. A lockable hood, steel rear door and integrated bumper protect engine components, with the rear door also providing access to a swing-out cooling module. The 78.8kW (105.7hp) engine meets EU Stage V/EPA Tier 4 emission standards with a DOC, DPF and SCR after-treatment system.

Takeuchi Fleet Management (TFM) comes as standard, giving owners and operators remote access to machine data including location, utilisation, maintenance status and diagnostic information. The Takeuchi Access Management system also enables keyless start and allows owners to control operator access.
“The TL11R3 reflects Takeuchi’s commitment to delivering equipment that combines performance, reliability and ease of operation,” adds Eubanks. “Whether customers are grading, loading material or using a variety of attachments, this compact track loader is engineered to provide the capability and confidence they need to be productive in a wide range of applications.”
