Kleemann is set to exhibit at IFAT Munich 2026 for the first time, presenting mobile crushing and screening solutions for asphalt recycling at the environmental technologies trade fair from 4–7 May.
The manufacturer will appear as a co-exhibitor of VDMA Services within the Crushing Zone – a manufacturer-independent demonstration area dedicated to processing and recycling technology. The centrepiece of Kleemann’s presence is a live demonstration of a plant train comprising the Mobiscreen MSS 502 Evo scalper, the Mobirex MR 100 Neo impact crusher and the MBT 20 mobile belt conveyor, shown processing recycled asphalt material to produce aggregates meeting standard requirements for reuse in bituminous mixtures.
The plant train forms part of a wider recycling loop. The process begins with selective milling of the surface, binder and base courses using milling machines from Wirtgen. Separate extraction of the asphalt layers improves the quality of the recycled material, which is then screened and crushed by the Kleemann equipment before being returned to asphalt mixing plants. Machines from Vögele and Hamm complete the cycle with installation and compaction.
Representatives from Wirtgen Germany and the Kleemann factory will be available throughout the event for technical discussions.
