Kleemann has introduced the Mobirex MR 130 Evo, a tracked mobile impact crusher that succeeds the MR 130 Evo2 and adopts an updated D-Drive diesel direct drive concept the manufacturer says improves fuel efficiency.
The machine is aimed at recycling applications including the processing of concrete, mixed material and asphalt, as well as operations in soft to medium-hard natural rock. Kleemann says it offers high continuous throughput across these tasks.
An optional double-deck post-screening unit allows up to two classes of final product to be produced, with the target grain split into two separate material flows. Wind sifters can remove lightweight material such as wood and plastic from both oversize and medium grain, while a swivelling middle-grain conveyor enables subsequent merging with fine grain.
The updated D-Drive concept uses the latest generation of engine, with all secondary drives, such as vibrating chutes and conveyor belts, driven electrically. A single load-dependent fan reduces noise emissions.
The machine’s Continuous Feed System monitors the utilisation of the crusher and engine to maintain continuous material conveyance, which Kleemann says optimises crusher utilisation, reduces wear and supports consistent material quality.
Operation is managed through the company’s Spectic concept. The Spective Connect function transfers plant data to a smartphone or tablet to simplify reporting, and includes troubleshooting guides intended to reduce downtime.
The crusher features fully automatic gap adjustment and zero-point determination, with gap settings altered at the push of a button rather than by manual measurement. The zero-point function compensates for wear during start-up. Tool-free opening of the crusher provides access to the crushing chamber in around 30 seconds for visual inspection and blow-bar replacement.
The Mobirex MR 130 Evo with D-Drive will initially be available in Europe from early 2027, with other markets to follow.
