Inmotion Technologies, a Zapi Group company, is presenting its latest motive power products at IAA Transportation in Hannover, running from 15–20 September.
The company is showing three applications: a third-generation high-voltage inverter, a new DC/DC converter for auxiliary systems, and a preview of an integrated motor inverter for electric power take-off (PTO) applications.
The ACH3 inverter powers a vehicle’s motor with what the company states is 99% peak efficiency and best-in-class EMC performance. Current ratings for the ACH3 family run from 30 to more than 600 amperes and up to 900V bus voltage at full power. All units are assembled in Sweden and feature built-in native cybersecurity and functional safety.
The DCC3 is a compact DC/DC converter engineered for a range of commercial and construction vehicle applications. It converts input voltages from 250 to 900V into a stable, adjustable 12 or 24V output, delivering up to 10kW of power for auxiliary systems in electric or hybrid industrial, commercial and utility vehicles.
The IMI 214 is a European-engineered integrated motor inverter developed with Schabmüller, also a ZAPI Group company. It combines power electronics and electric motor technology in a compact package for electric PTO applications in commercial vehicles. The company says the design is optimised for performance, efficiency and ease of integration into existing vehicle architectures.
