iVT International visited Wacker Neuson’s production and development site in Hörsching, Austria, to learn more about the OEM’s latest excavator launches.
Ronald Ganzenhuber introduces the EW135, the newest addition to Wacker Neuson’s wheeled excavator portfolio. He explains how the permanently mounted articulated boom improves stability and supports high lifting forces, and outlines how intelligent hydraulics and MiC 4.0 technology have been integrated into the machine.
In the lower size class, product manager Gabriel Graef presents the ET25, one of three redesigned 2-tonne-class mini excavators launched alongside the ET18 and ET20 in spring 2026. Graef gives an overview of the machine’s key features, including its control system and compact undercarriage.
