Cavotec is introducing a new platform of radio remote controls at iVT Expo 2026, where the company will exhibit on Booth 535. The systems offer wireless operation for heavy-duty applications including construction machinery, material handling equipment and mining vehicles.
The controls are engineered for harsh operating environments, with a focus on robust performance, ergonomics and safety. According to the company, the platform includes functional safety capabilities up to PLe and SIL3 to help manufacturers and operators meet increasingly demanding safety and performance standards.
The platform features flexible configuration options and intuitive operation intended to reduce downtime, simplify integration and improve operator comfort.
“This is only the start of an exciting new chapter for Cavotec,” says Norman Palmer, global sales and product manager at Cavotec. “Our next-generation radio remote controls are the first step in a broader pipeline of new products designed to strengthen our offering and create even greater value for our customers.”
Alongside the new remote controls, Cavotec is displaying its range of spring cable reels and slip ring solutions for mobile and rotating equipment, as well as its Megawatt Charging System, designed for high-power charging of battery-electric vehicles and machinery to support industrial electrification.
