Kleemann is to present its plant portfolio at Steinexpo with the new Mobirex MR 130 EVO impact crusher taking centre stage at the Wirtgen Group stand.
Equipped with a double-deck secondary screening unit, the Mobirex MR 130 EVO can produce two classified final grain sizes. Visitors will also see the Lock & Turn Quick Access system, which is designed to provide faster and more ergonomic access to the crusher. The new generation of engines uses the D-Drive concept, which the manufacturer says is more economical and, with a load-dependent fan, quieter. The iron discharge on the new generation of impact crushers has been optimised for use in recycling.

Kleemann is also exhibiting a production system for natural stone applications, comprising the Mobicat MC 120 PRO jaw crusher, the Mobicone MCO 90 EVO2 cone crusher with double-deck secondary screening, and the Mobiscreen MSC 952 EVO classifying screen. The plant train can produce up to four final products, with the machines intelligently linked to provide an end-to-end process.

The company presents the Mobiscreen MSS 1102 PRO, the largest scalping screen in its PRO line. Used mainly in natural stone, the machine can work as a stand-alone unit or interlinked with other crushing and screening plants. With a feed size of 880x550x330mm and a feed capacity of up to 750 tonnes per hour, it extends the screening portfolio upward. The range of screen surfaces and simple setting of screening parameters allow the MSS 1102 PRO to be adapted to different application conditions or feed material.
The Wirtgen Rock Crusher WRC 240 X will also be shown at Steinexpo. The mobile wheeled machine is capable of crushing rock, compacted layers, concrete fragments and cobblestones at a rate of up to 600 tonnes per hour, and will feature in a live demonstration alongside the exhibition stand.
