Multi-Wing offers an extensive range of fans for Off-Highway applications all thoroughly tested and approved to meet Tier 4 requirements. Based on expert knowledge and many years of experience within the Off-Highway industry Multi-Wing has developed high-strength fan profiles capable of performing exceptionally high pressure rates. The blade profiles have a very narrow axial depth and a minimum axial deflection which make the fans fit perfectly into compact engine compartments. The hub parts are designed to accommodate clutches to optimize fuel consumption. Multi-Wing can supply the complete fan and clutch solution.
Multi-Wing’s engineered axial fans are comprised of various blade and hub configurations, based on each application’s performance requirements. The key to customer success is the innovative modular system that creates a very wide range of axial fans tailor-made for specific needs.
For each tailor-made fan an analysis of the customer’s axial fan needs is conducted and followed by a design process customized for the customer application, building each axial fan from the highest quality components. High-strength, diecast aluminum hubs are combined with high-efficiency blade profiles, which are molded in engineered thermoplastics or die cast in aluminum. Machining, assembly, trimming and balancing are performed under ISO 9001:2015 certified conditions to create the perfect axial fan to match customer needs.
