Vanguard is returning to iVT Expo in Chicago to showcase its range of commercial battery systems, using the event to set out how a single-source approach to electrification can reduce integration work for OEMs.
The company is exhibiting in Hall F, booth #455, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center on 19–20 August. Vanguard says its total-system approach as a dedicated single-source partner removes integration friction and shortens the time it takes OEMs to bring electrified machines to market.
“The biggest hurdle OEMs face right now isn’t finding a battery; it’s making all the electric components work together seamlessly under tough conditions,” says David Frank, senior vice president and president of electrification at Briggs & Stratton. “That’s where Vanguard comes in. By delivering a complete system and collaborating closely on design and integration, we help manufacturers validate their machines and transition from prototype to production with confidence.”

On the booth, Vanguard is presenting its full 48V electrification stack. The single-source platform comprises commercial lithium-ion battery packs, electric motors and motor controllers, compatible chargers and a proprietary battery management system, engineered to simplify OEM integration across construction, agriculture, industrial, material handling, utility and low-speed vehicle applications.
Vanguard says the battery systems are built to perform in extreme environments, offering standard CANbus communication, real-world durability and maintenance-free operation.
