Case IH has launched its WD6 series self-propelled windrower and introduced precision and automation updates to the Axial-Flow 160 series combine, expanding its hay and harvest line-up for the 2027 model year.
The WD6 series windrower combines in-field speeds of up to 20mph and transport speeds of up to 30mph with the widest disc head available in the range and a rise in horsepower, allowing operators to cover more ground in a working day. The machine introduces a new active hydraulic flotation system that automatically maintains pressure to deliver more consistent ground pressure and cut quality across varied terrain.

The windrower is also the first machine of its type to offer relative yield mapping, which allows producers to view in-field yield variations during cutting. The data is viewable through the Case IH FieldOps platform, giving an indication of field performance for year-on-year planning.
The Axial-Flow 160 series combine, aimed at smaller operations, gains a series of precision updates for the 2027 model year. These include a Vector Pro receiver and RowGuide Pro row guidance, AccuTurn automated end-of-row turns, AccuGuide Pro autoguidance for hands-free steering and AccuSync machine coordination for sharing guidance lines and coverage in real time.
The combine is fitted with Pro 1200 dual displays, which enable remote display viewing and an updated Harvest Command automation interface with grain camera viewing. Operators can specify a precision technology package to suit their operation and machine.
