Clark has launched a range of electric high-lift pallet trucks fitted with lithium-ion technology, following the introduction of its electric low-lift pallet trucks. The six new models offer load capacities from 1200 to 1600kg for pallet transport and for storage and retrieval operations in industry, retail and logistics, and can be configured to suit different customer requirements.
Five manoeuvrable walk-behind models are available, along with a variant fitted with a fold-out driver’s platform for longer transport distances. For use on uneven surfaces or ramps, Clark offers the high-lift trucks with an initial lift function, which provides additional ground clearance and enables double-deck transport of two loads at once. A PIN code activation system is available as an option on some models for controlled access. All models in the series come with proportional lift as standard for sensitive lifting and lowering, allowing precise positioning at any lift height.

The BST12E, with a load capacity of 1200kg, is an entry-level model for light, occasional stacking and transport tasks. Its compact design and small turning radius allow it to be manoeuvred in confined spaces, while the slim design gives visibility of the load and fork tines. The truck features intuitive controls for left- and right-handed operators, an electromagnetic parking brake and a side-shifted tiller that increases the safety distance from the vehicle. Clark says easily accessible components reduce service times, and an integrated deep-discharge protection system protects the lithium-ion battery.
The BST12 and BST12i walk-behind models are designed for daily use in warehouses, production facilities and goods distribution centres. The BST12 is configured for standard pallet transport and storage and retrieval, while the BST12i features an initial lift that increases ground clearance for ramps and uneven floors and enables double-deck transport of two pallets, with a total load capacity of up to 1200kg. A creep speed function allows manoeuvring with the tiller raised at reduced speed. Both models feature a tiller with an integrated TFT colour display, a 4-point suspension chassis with a low centre of gravity and adjustable support wheels, and an enclosed drive motor protected against dust and splash water. A maintenance-free 24-volt lithium-ion battery (60Ah) is fitted as standard and can be charged at any 230-volt socket using the integrated charger.

The WSE16 and WSE16i models are designed for industrial applications and higher handling capacity, offering lift heights from 2500mm to 5600mm. Standard mast configurations up to 3500mm come with full free lift as standard, allowing the load to be raised without altering the truck’s overall height. Triplex mast options are available for lift heights of up to 5600mm, also with full free lift. The WSE16 is configured for standard storage and retrieval, while the WSE16i offers greater ground clearance on ramps through its initial lift and allows double-deck transport of two pallets. The trucks are controlled via an ergonomic tiller with proportional lift, and a multifunctional colour display shows status, battery and operating hours. Variable fork lengths from 1070mm to 1600mm are available.
The WSE models feature a creep speed function for controlled manoeuvring in narrow aisles with the tiller raised, and a safety tiller positioned at the bottom left. The safety package includes an AC control system with regenerative braking, 4-point support, an electromagnetic parking brake, automatic lift cut-off and overload protection. CAN bus technology supports fault diagnosis, and a one-piece service hood provides access to the enclosed motor and brake unit. Customers can choose between 24V / 150Ah (50A charger) or 24V / 230Ah (100A charger) lithium-ion battery versions.
The RSE16 is the flagship of the series, developed for ride-on operation over longer transport distances. It has a cushioned operator platform with a step height of 175mm to minimise vibrations and ease access, and side safety bars that can be locked into two heights and adjusted from the platform. A proportional hydraulic system enables loads to be positioned with centimetre accuracy, and the truck also features a creep speed function for pedestrian-operated mode and a multifunctional colour display.
The RSE16 offers a choice of standard mast configurations with lift heights from 2500mm to 3500mm, and triplex masts for lift heights of up to 5600mm, fitted with a free lift function as standard. Its safety package comprises an electromagnetic parking brake, an automatic braking system, a safety approach switch and a lift cut-off. CAN bus technology with fault diagnosis and a one-piece service hood reduce servicing times. Maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries with 24V / 230Ah or 24V / 300Ah, including an external 100A charger, are available. Variable fork lengths from 1070mm to 1600mm are offered, along with a standard document holder and optional scanner and stretch film holders.
