Zapi Group, a supplier of electrification systems, is showcasing integrated electrification and management solutions for off-highway vehicles at iVT Expo Chicago, taking place this week (19-20 August).
The solutions featured include DC/DC converters, inverters and high-voltage battery chargers, as well as new capabilities in telematics and anti-collision systems designed to meet the needs of OEMs in the off-highway vehicle sector.
Among the components on show are new electric drivetrain sub-system parts from several Zapi Group companies. These include the GSM electric motor-generator hybrid solution from Inmotion Technologies and the IMI integrated motor-inverter from Schabmueller. Delta-Q Technologies is presenting new 6.6kW low-voltage and 7.2kW high-voltage on-board charging solutions, alongside Stercom’s 22kW V2X on-board charger for 350V to 1000V systems, which enable OEMs to electrify heavier vehicles with larger battery packs. Zivan is showing stationary charging systems designed to conform with the new LiCOM charging protocol, described as the future global DC charging interface for industrial vehicles.
Ubiquicom offers telematics, fleet management and collision avoidance solutions that add to Zapi Group’s portfolio, supporting safety and operational efficiency in off-highway and autonomous vehicle applications.
Today (20 August) at 2:20pm CT, Zapi Group will present the session V2L and V2G Integration in Industrial Vehicles: Technical Considerations. Presented by Chris Botting, research engineering manager at Delta-Q Technologies, the session provides an engineering-driven overview of V2X technologies, covering V2L, V2G, V2H and V2V, with a focus on how these operating modes can be applied in industrial and off-highway vehicles.
iVT Expo USA 2026 attendees can visit Zapi Group at booth 720.
