Keestrack is bringing low cost per ton rock-crushing savings of up to 70% to the Indian market with its latest tracked hybrid crusher being made available for the first time.

Considered ideal for the conditions experienced on the subcontinent by the mobile material processing OEM, the dual-powered B4e Jaw Crusher is a diesel-electric crushing solution with additional plug-in capabilities.

Power savings of up to 30% can be realized when operating with its hybrid, low engine revs setup and up to 70% when in full electric mode via external gen sets or plugged in to the power grid.

Equipped with a vibrating feeder followed by a double-deck vibrating 2,300 x 1,000 mm pre-screen and a proven 1100 x 700 mm jaw crusher unit, the machine provides a capacity up to 400 t/h and suits various recycling applications or primary crushing solutions in quarrying or various mining applications.

Productive operation and high-end product standards are guaranteed through the patented N.S.S. release system while the automatic hydraulic gap adjustment continuously monitors plate wear.

To optimize productivity, the B4e can be equipped with a single-deck post-screen with re-circulation conveyor.

In addition to the other features, a hydraulic automatic gap adjustment helps to prevent clogging and automatically adjusts the jaw plates to compensate for any wear.
