DeltaTech Controls (DTC) is part of CoActive Technologies, a company specialising in switch technologies and the application of switch technologies in system solutions. DTC produces custom interface and controller solutions for Off-Road (construction, agricultural, material handling and AWP) vehicles and is an expert in Hall-Effect technology implementation and CANbus designs.

DTC prides itself with excellent relationships with the major players in each of its markets. With its head office in Berlin, Germany, DTC employs over 600 people worldwide with production facilities in Mexico and Poland. In addition, with design capabilities in America, Germany, France and Asia, DTC offers its customers intimate engineering support on a worldwide basis for all of their custom design needs, regardless of location. DTC designs and manufactures fully customised HMI products based on seven technology building blocks. These seven technology building blocks are: joysticks, handles, analogue rockers, front panels, switch assemblies, electronic controllers and foot pedals.

Complemented with over 20 years of experience in plastics design and development, these technologies allow fully integrated products such as armrest controllers for tractors and vehicle controllers for construction equipment, such as motor graders, back hoe loaders and skid steer loaders to be designed, developed and put into production quickly and, moreover, cost-effectively.

In order to guarantee short turn-around times and low production costs, DTC implements a value-based product-development process for each and every one of its custom designs. This process, with its roots in Six Sigma philosophy, has the customer at its heart and therefore ensures the development of the right product at the right time, with the right price.
